I had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel! I am a public figure and global leader, and always stay at excellent hotels. I am an IHG Card Member, which influenced my choice to stay at this hotel. I was treated horribly by the front desk agent (Paula), who was disrespectful, emotionally unsafe, and condescending. I have a disability, and requested a little bit of extra time to move out of my room. Not only was I denied accommodations, I was forced to check out before I was ready, and also disrespectfully advised by Paula to “pack my things in the public bathroom.” I chose to pack them in the lobby, which was still a very inconvenient and uncomfortable experience for me. I immediately reported this incident to IHG. I have never had such a terrible experience as I did at this hotel. It was unacceptable and below standard. I am requesting corporate to please immediately address this situation.
