People are loud

The staff were not friendly!the people upstairs from us we’re so loud. It’s like had bricks on their feet until 2 o’clock in the morning. It was awful.

Amazing staff

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was absolutely phenomenal. Props to the hotel staff they definitely make this hotel worth it. I normally go to Orlando but this was better than any hotel that I've stayed at there.
