The location is great, right on the beach. Many places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Parking is easy. Rooms are decently sized, and well put together.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights. The property is located right on the beach, it has a great pool area and they provide all the stuff you need for both the pool and the beach, which is very nice when having travelled by plane. The staff was wonderful, very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is the cleaning services be stepped up a notch. When we arrived we put out bags in the closet and there was a giant roach that had been steeped on but hadn’t been picked up. Also the second night we were there I was lying in bed watching television and a roach crawled across my pillow which made it impossible to sleep after that. Truly though, this place is very nice, the staff is super friendly and the amenities were great!

We booked this room for the beach and the washer and dryer. They called to notify elevator was out, ok we can make the four flights of stairs since they communicated early. The washer did not fully rinse our clothes and the dryer wouldnt wven turn on (drum locked up) so we had to air dry out clothes while headed to our final destination of this trip.

Elevator not working,17 stairs to first floor, then another 14 to each floor. Was on the fourth floor quite a work out! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the part they are waiting for the elevator will arrive soon.

We loved this place. Full ocean view, a full kitchen, updated bathroom, and all the staff were so nice. We wished we could’ve stayed here for much longer. We hope to return on a future trip.

This place was amazing. We reserved the room with a balcony/gulf view. Well worth the extra cost. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. This place provided lots of extra items like beach chairs, towels, umbrella, utensils to use for their on-site bbq grills. Communication was very prompt. They let us know in advance the elevator was not working. There is a security person available for after hours to assist. We a dolphin and stingray off the beach! We will definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay at the Edison Beach House! The room was perfect for our getaway, but would've been perfect for a longer stay as well. The staff was superb and the amenities were just right. We can't wait to get back to this gem of a place to stay on a great beach!
