Check-in was quick. However, the tv remote didn’t work and the outdoor (ground level) window was unlocked-as was the door to the adjoining room. We were only there for a quick overnight sleep, and in this regard I gave 4 stars because the beds were comfy, shower pressure was great, air conditioning worked great, and food was good.

I arrived at the property at 5:30 am having just evacuated Venice with the approaching hurricane Milton. I was greeted by front desk associate Cristian, who was amazing in answering my many questions re parking, gas, flooding, food options and amenities. Realizing also that I was very tired and anxious with the storm, Cristian arranged for an early check-in so I could rest and relax. An excellent stay all around! Thank you!! 🙏😊
