The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining.

The elevators are NOT working at this time. They are scheduled to be in November 2025. You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. Please keep in mind Fort Myers Beach was hit with category 5 hurricane Ian on September 28,2022. The entire island is re-building and has some construction noise. You can reach out to me for updates.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No smoking of any kind is permitted in unit. Dishwasher must be empty and all used dish-ware needs to be cleaned and put away as you found it before departure
All (6) beach towels must be washed and put back detergent is supplied. Please start a load of bath towels before you leave. Take sheets off used beds.
If you used the sofa bed linens, you must wash and put away as you found them. Take out overflow trash. If you use beach chairs/cooler/cart please rinse off with hose before you put it back in closet
