I booked in advance at this pet friendly hotel, but when I turned up, they informed me they did not accept cats. I had sent a message several days before arriving that I had a cat but I never received a reply. Luckily I was refunded the full payment. Very disappointed of this no cat policy. I then had to scramble to find another pet friendly hotel with available rooms.

People live there, so expect lots of noises past 12:00am, cold shower, elevator not working, not curtain to block sunlight in the morning, hallways smelling and so on… Wouldn’t take my family there again.

This is smoke free property but smoke was smell in the hallways. Elevator been broken for weeks and only access to upper floors is via stairs with no help with luggage, very difficult for handicap customers to get to their rooms and no offer to be at a lower floor nor a compensation for the inconvenience
