We enjoyed staying in a place that was within walking distance of the beach. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and some children’s toys are provided; a cart or a wagon would make the walk even easier. The townhouse has what you need for a stay at the beach; while it is ready for a refresh, it is comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. Some things to consider … the stairs to the second floor are steep and those with mobility issues or young children should use caution, the bathtub/showers have high sides so be careful entering and exiting. We did not use the outdoor space out back; There are some seating areas but really not as pictured and not suitable for young children. This home is very convenient to a busy area of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the Deerfield Pier and boardwalk. The home is pet friendly; We travel with a tiny service dog. The owner/host is easily contacted and very responsive.

Beach vacation

Enjoyed our visit. Condo was usual summer rental. Best part was their outdoor space. Everything in listing is accurate. Area is quite perfect for relaxing. House provided sand chairs and numerous beach toys for kids and beach umbrella.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is near the beach and the main drag. It's super cozy and great for families. Checking in and out was seamless. We'd definitely stay again!

Annual Christmas vacation

Great location and comfortable home with daily household amenities included. Thank you for including those essentials. The location to nearby Deerfield beach access is so so close!! The walk to restaurants is very easy and close, just minutes. If this matters to any guests, there are no bedrooms on the first floor. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with a very steep staircase to climb. I had assumed that the master bedroom was on the first floor, but to be fair I did not ask,but somehow got that impression. I would recommend this home but if anyone has mobility/stability issues or elderly, it could be more than a challenge. I honestly do not recall if this was mentioned in the rental listing. If so, the rentee needs to read entirety of the listing. If not mentioned in the listing, it should be added for a number of reasons. Thank you for providing a holiday respite !

So wonderful!

We loved this house! So homey but still felt like a luxurious beach vacation home for the week! Easy walk to the beach, even with a 2.6year old. Very close to pier & restaurants. Nice backyard area to relax and hang out. They provide many beach chairs, a chair wagon, two bikes, beach bags, and a cooler (Along with many toddler items: pack n play, stroller and highchair with a few toys as well) This made it easy, as we were travelers who flew in. Great place! :)

Everything We Needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house and we hope to rent it again next year when we come to Deerfield Beach for spring break. The owners were very responsive when we had questions and the house had everything we needed, even given the exceptionally rainy weather—the games were a lifesaver!

Girls Weekend

This is a lovely home, clean bright and spacious. It’s just blocks from the beach and restaurants and easily within walking distance. We appreciated that beach chairs, and towels and a cooler were there for us to use. Also, the owners are quick to respond and great to work with. We’re already hoping to book this again next year!

Great location

We had such a wonderful time- loved the proximity to the restaurants, beach and shopping! Place was clean and just lovely. Only complaint is the gate is all but hanging on for dear life so trying to get to a water hose to wash off before entering the house was challenging. Luckily, the beach does have wash off stations so you aren’t so dirty that you make a mess of the house.
