Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the convenience of being right across from the ocean. Showers in the afternoon were barely lukewarm for the first shower of the day and got cold after. This was before anyone took any showers. May want to check that.

I absolutely loved this property. It was literally just steps from the beach and the apt had beach chairs etc for us to use. The unit was clean and spacious. I would most definitely stay there again.

Small and old, but just steps from the beach

It’s small so a great place if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room itself. The location was great as it was steps from the beach. But the smell in the room was kind of rancid. At first, the floors were dirty but when reaching out to the manager, they sent someone out quickly and the lady was very kind. For the money, it wasn’t too bad. It wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m in the area in the future. But if I want to be steps away from the beach, don’t plan on spending much time in the room, and don’t have a bigger budget, I’d consider it. At the end of the day, you can’t get much for your money in south Florida, so all in all, it was ok.

The rental was very close to the beach and the boardwalk which was so nice. The unit was clean and had the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again if we come back to Hollywood Beach.

The Pearl was a good deal for the money overall. The biggest downfall for us was the fact that there is no on sight parking. We were there on a busy weekend and had to drive around forever waiting for a parking spot on the street to open up. It's great for being close to the beach and entertainment and food options. Did not have much of an outside sitting area except for the community front porch on the front of the building. We stayed in unit 8 and it was very clean except for the floor being a bit grimy near the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom small but nice and had a big shower. We would probably stay there again but maybe not on a weekend.

Our stay was good overall, but there was an unexpected incident. One day, a woman opened our apartment door using the access code. It turned out that the property owner had mistakenly assigned us to the wrong unit, which actually belonged to that woman. I was surprised and startled when a stranger suddenly entered what I thought was our apartment. Fortunately, the issue was resolved by relocating the woman to another unit and changing our access code. The apartment itself is decent. It comes with two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and towels, which is convenient. However, there is no dishwasher, and guests are required to take out the trash before checking out. Probably due to its proximity to the beach, the floor felt damp and wasn’t very clean. I wiped it down upon arrival and noticed it was a bit dirty.

Jackie and Mark are amazing. The room is beautiful, bed very comfortable and clean, living room kitchen spacious bathroom pretty and the location is perfect !!!! Definitely recommend it and we will be there soon!!!!

Such a wonderful location. We walked to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping places. Perfect place to stay. We didn't have a car - we used Uber from the airport. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 nice beach towels. Can't beat the price for the location!

Very clean unit! Couldn’t be closer to the beach. One complaint would be with the T V watching situation. There were 2 large televisions but neither one had live programming. This can be annoying when staying for several days. Also there is really nowhere to hang or unpack your clothes. The unit itself is plenty big enough and comfortable.
