Nice rooms during the stay. The main reason I selected this place was the gym and it's proximity to the main bike lane off the beach. The gym on this site "flooded" which I wasn't told until the next day. They gave me the code tk walk about 4 blocks over to another site with a gym. Of course the door had issues opening/beeping audibly for us to here when trying to enter. The manager saw me and he even had a hard time getting the door open. Before the manager came and helped me get in, I called 5 times and got 5 different people after being on hold all of which the calls dropped. The manager who just by chance found me and helped said they use cwll phones time to wifi around their resort which leads to calls dropping. It's like they know of issues here but choose to DO NOTHING. Then their gym was very mediocre, dirty, with raggedy equipment. The mirror was broken with glass on the floor and cones and caution tape in front of it. The next day me and 3 other people all tried to enter with the code unsuccessfully and just walked away. So it was a waste of money to pay for a gym and be unable to access it othe than the day the manager helped. And now that I remember the door to the room also stopped locking. I had to dial the number because NOBODY IS EVER AT THE OFFICE! They came quickly and had to change the batteries, but after we tested it with my key before I drove to something I had scheduled it didn't work.
