There were two people in front of us in line at the check-in and it still took over 20 minutes to get help and then another 20 minutes to finally get checked in. I have never been through such a slow check-in process. So happy there were not 10 people in front of me. They definitely need to change something to speed it up. Most times it takes one to two minutes, especially since you’ve already made the reservations online, but this was incredibly slow and inefficient. The check-in personnel was very friendly and apologetic.

Property was very clean and quiet. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my wallet and the front desk staff found me immediately to return my wallet. The property provided an airport shuttle that was on time and well organized.

Slow and smokey

When we got there, it took 45 minutes to get checked in. There were two people working and it still took that long to get like five people through the line. When we got our room, even though it smoke free it reeked like an ashtray. I’m too tired to go try to get another room since it was 1130 at night by the time we finally got our room. The shuttle services were terrific though

While I appreciated the shuttles, hearing announcements all morning was annoying. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed like they didn’t want to be approached. Also, the fitness center is a room with three machines (one of them didn’t work).

Excellent choice for a pre cruise stay very reasonable rates and breakfast shuttle service are all included without extra fees. $30 for shuttle service for the cruise terminal to airport (FLL) trip.
