They charge resort fees but have no resort options. If it’s super hot you will be hot in the room. It was in the 80’s and the room was barely cool.

Hotel need update. The entrance was the only thing that was grand. It was like a motel experience. Our door one day stop closing because he direct sunlight was so hot that opening the door that time of the day made something expand and couldn’t close. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. Also their room service staff need training. We had the do not disturb sign on and they still came in to tidy up the room. Then they changed some of the dirty towels but not all. They didn’t even put back the correct number of towels they took so we had to call for them to bring a few fresh towels. There was no breakfast because the restaurant was under construction. They should have mention that in the booking or give a discount in place of it. Only the back elevator was working which was very small but it served its purpose.

Very solid hotel, would recommend

It was great! The smell diffusers really stand out once you enter (they smell great), the service/staff were friendly, the hotel is very clean and has a nice style to it, the pool was refreshing and clean, the staff will clean your room when you're not there which is also a plus. Didn't expect it to be this good tbh. The breakfast was also good but nothing crazy, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, and cereals. Sometimes they had basic hashbrowns and burritos. 10/10 stay

It was conveniently located. Front staff was ok. Shower pressure was not so good. Tv was non functioning— maybe because it was satellite? Only stayed one night. Hotel was quaint. Will probably stay again and hope for a better room .
