Staff is extremely unprofessional here and hit me with hidden fees. After my stay they called me to tell me the use of the rollout bed in the room is typically extra cost. I had no idea, there was no signage, the website doesn’t mention it and at no time during check in was it mentioned. During the call they called me “homeless” for no reason. Just throughout random insult, which is unbelievable. During the call they never even said they would charge me, just informed me that they typically charge when it’s used. Then the next day I see a $100 charge. It’s in the room with no signage, there was no reason for me to believe any extra cost would be incurred. The place itself is fine, but due to this, I’d encourage you to consider staying elsewhere. After all do you really want to support someone who conducts business in this way. I was a repeat customer up until now. I hope the person who randomly called me homeless without being prompted to do so sees this and reflects upon their decision.

Just felt a bit weird. I went to the office and it was a real mess and no one really there. When someone arrived I asked for my parking pass, "you really dont need one." I said I have an urgent meeting tomorrow and it says on reservation to get a pass. Finally I got one. The rooms are very noisy. Above me sounded like a stampede and I heard the gals next door partying late too. Office is closed so no help there. Location is good, Hair dryer broken. Lights flickered everywhere so either a ghost or bad electrical. Shower head is mounted on ceiling so you better want to wash your hair. No hair dryer and office closed so I was stuck with a bad hair day. Just not great.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but they let us park so we took a walk along the beach. Room was a little small but very accommodating. They even had sunscreen by the pool and towels! Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area! Thanks! Great job

Nice little place

Great location, free parking, quiet and clean. The decor/color scheme is very nice. Room just as advertised. My only nitpicky things were there was no way to have lights on that could be turned off from bed and the WiFi wasn’t great. Since the weather didn’t cooperate with my plans, I was online more than I would have been if it had been sunny. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy. There was no one at the office to check out so we just left. Walls are very thin, we heard people next door speaking very loud and sometimes arguing throughout the night. I think there is also a leak in the bathroom as I heard a drop into the garbage bin and it looks like there might be a pool of water starting from the ceiling. AC was really good, might’ve leaked a little, but room was nice and cold. It was nice that the hotel provided dishes in the room. While we were sleeping, something like a panel fell down in the middle of the night and made a loud noise. Not sure if it’s from the people talking really loud next door. Finally, enjoyed using the tv, there were lots of channels to choose from. Overall, the room was nice. Only huge downfall was the thin walls with noisy neighbours.

Cute little boutique hotel for people who don’t care about all the frills of a big resort. A block away from the beach with lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. We had a nice two night stay however the lady checking us in wasn’t the friendliest which we were warned by another person staying there of that. We had a nice room that was away from the main area but had random sewer/rotten egg smell. Not sure where it was coming from in the bathroom but it was pretty bad specially at night. Other than the two things mentioned, we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again!
