Property Layout & Parking (Good to Know)
The property includes a main house (owner-occupied) and a separate, private backhouse reserved exclusively for Vacationers. The backhouse has its own entrance, driveway, and dedicated parking, ensuring privacy during your stay.
The driveway is best suited for standard-size cars and confident drivers. Larger vehicles (full-size trucks, oversized SUVs, or vans) may find the space a bit tight. If you have a larger vehicle or prefer easier access, free street parking is also available nearby.
We’re always happy to help with arrival tips or answer any questions to make check-in smooth and stress-free.
- Outdoor security cameras by the entrances for the safety of all guests.
- We have a golden doodle named Bowie that you might see or sometimes hear around :)
- Strictly no parties
- Cleaning fee includes general premises cleaning, linens laundry, emptying the dishwasher, therefore we ask our guests to leave house how they found it
- No Pets: unfortunatelly we cannot accomodate guests with pets at this moment
Update December 2025 - The lot next-door has been designated as a temporary parking during Construction and Renovation of the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department. There might be some noise only during business hours.
