The space
Located in Victoria Park, a safe, high-end neighborhood, best place to be situated to be near beach, fun, the best shopping, dining and night life Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

Apartment offers, a swimming pool, private parking, ductless AC and a grill. new comfy mattresses, pillows, fresh linens, towels, a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, organic body wash, conditioner and shampoo. Everything is of high quality.

The property is very close to the strip. We walk back and forth, it has pretty much what we needed, i just wished it had a laundry in the site. But overall it was good. Leo, our host let us leave our luggage before checking time, which was a plus.

Exactly what we needed.

Stayed here to visit family for the thanksgiving holiday. It’s proximity to las olas blvd was great! It’s a small apartment but spacious enough for couples with small children. The pool area was great as well.

Beyond Expectations

Leo was very attentive to our needs, including cable TV and a new washing machine!!, It was perfect for our short term (10 day rental) with no dishwasher we had to learn how to clean dishes and glasses by hand and it wasn't that difficult but now know what it means to have "dish pan hands" (I always thought that was a made up disease....) Bottom Line *****!

I Highly Recommend!!!

I give 5 Stars to the Property and the Host. Neighborhood was quiet and unobtrusive. The bedroom was perfect size and the bed, ultra comfortable. Plenty of closet space and dresser space. Big screen entertainment in both livingroom and bedroom. Perfect for those of us how need a tv in the background to fall asleep. The only thing I would change is the mounted location of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenseer. The host supplies you with all of that.. My elbow kept hitting while I was showering. I stand by my rating up above. 5 Stars for the Property and 5 Stars to our Host. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice place and nice area

This is a wonderful ❤ property and beautiful area. The host was very accommodating. He communicated effectively and was very hospitable. The place was clean and well decorated. More light is needed in the back area by the laundry room. Also, the washer is separate from the dryer and is locked in a room. The room is clutter, dark, and musty. The host should possibly clean out the laundry room and make it more accessible. Overall, decent place.

Cute, clean, well located cottage

Perfect week. Located in a safe neighborhood and an easy walk to Las Olas for shopping and dining. Short drive to the beach. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and Leo was a great host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very Satisfied

Everything just as photographed. Location seemed very safe and I did a lot of walking. Since I was on vacation did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked. Location was just blocks from Las Olas. Walked to the water taxi and to the beach.

Nice Place, Great neighborhood

Place has a great location in Victoria Park. It's far enough from beach so you can avoid holiday traffic and it's walking distance to Loa Olas Blvd when the restaurants are. Love the hardwood and the pool.

Awful experience, awful vrbo customer service at first

the host was inappropriate in his texts and sent a very inappropriate picture, which he stated was a mistake. We left immediately and are awaiting a full refund. The first night we had to rent a hotel room because the rooms were still dirty. We've spent over 8 hours on the phone trying to explain over and over and over again what happened. Thank goodness the escalated call is being handled now.

Great Location

Perfect place to stay if you’d like to be near the action from shops and bars in Las Olas but far enough to be away from the noise. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The place is comfortable and has all the amenities listed. The place was clean, no issues with shower or AC. Check-in was smooth. Leo is a great host, you won’t go wrong with this booking.
