Everything was fine, except when i asked for a wakeup call on my last day, but did not receive one. Its a good thing i set my phone alarm otherwise i would have missed my flight back home

Major renovations needed.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs some major renovations. Many parts of the hotel has chipped furniture. The door to get into the hotel gets stuck so badly that I thought I was locked out until someone came up and said you have to “really manhandle it” to get it to open. The hair dryer didn’t work and the outlet made a scary sound when trying to use it. The room had built up dust on the baseboards and the sheets had stains. Someone kept propping the fire door open which made me feel very unsafe as anyone could have gotten into the stairwell.

I didn’t like the fact that they had some young people that was checking us in and I was kind of slow and then I had an extra hundred dollars deposit for each room and when I got to the room, the bedsheets was damp and moist. It was uncomfortable shower curtains was black

Not great but good

The bad: It was really sad that there was no room at 2 pm but I know that it says that it should be ready at 3 pm but it would have been a plus. The bathroom is a little old, it could be renovated. The Good: breakfast is great, the beds are clean and comfy.

The bathroom was horrible not updated at all. The tub in my first room had visible rust. I was given another room but the tub also was dirty when i asked for another room the front desk girl told me that’s how all of the tubs are and that they were sold out for the night. Nevertheless i made it work for the two nights i booked and paid for. But the staff was nice no complaints on them at all but the bathrooms need to upgraded.

Front desk staff Farah, was very nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby had beautiful floors and well lit up during the day. Beds were comfortable and the room ac was set up perfectly, not too cold and not too hot. Is my second time staying in, it was a great Father’s Day weekend 👍
