This place is run down… carpets in hallways are worn and sticky… elevators only worked half the time… luckily I went to use one of the elevators; one of the employees was stuck on there for 10 minutes. Trash around the exterior of the property. Spills in the hallway that were spread with foot traffic. Our room floors were filthy… similar to the hallways. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Just awful…oh and the pool was being renovated.

The overnight staff was very rude and dismissive to us when we asked about the ‘free’ internet that you are unable to actually access. This is our fourth time going to this hotel but we probably won’t be back. If there is a cost for wifi that’s fine advertise that. You shouldn’t have to turn off my airplane mode to use. Breakfast is getting worse. No selection. Disappointing
