Overlooking a beautiful lake/pond with large trees, nice landscaping and a nice patio area overlooking the pong. The hotel is older and could use some updating but the room was comfortable and quiet, bed comfortable and close to the parking for our cruise. It was very close to many dining options too.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the pool and hot tub was not cleaned on time and my room key never worked. It was frustrating having to go down to the lobby every day to get a key reprogram. But my stay was worth the money, I still enjoyed myself

I had to replace my room key three times will not open the door then when I went to use the pool, the card key did not work. I told the man at the desk he said he was having someone come out there to get me in the pool. I waited 15 minutes nobody came pretty lousy. Other than that. The room was nice.

We were given a room that was never clean, towels in the bed, trash everywhere, and the bathroom had the most disgusting things in the bathtub, and counters. We were given another room , but not much better as far as cleanliness.
