Ask for vlean shetts and never changed, i got sheyts and changed. Next day maid lnocks on door, told her come back later. Never returned. I hot more towels at desk.. Bfst No eggs, ran out Orange juice machine not working. Pool hot tub closed for 2 days Nice views from patio.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, very nice breakfast and lounge. Shuttle from airport only 15 minutes wait and a very nice driver, he also showed us all the places nearby to eat and offered a ride to it. We walked to a nice Italian restaurant. There is a cinema very close by. The room very cozy, clean, comfortable and vey good complimentary toiletries. Definitely in my top ten!

No one at the front desk for check in for 15 minutes. AC did not work. No coffee 30 minutes into breakfast. Attitude from staff when telling them there was no coffee, pointing to an unmark dispenser that had cold coffee. Other guests complaints about TVs and showers not working, and staffs responses. Worst hotel experience.
