Very dated. Was locked out of room after breakfast due to door lock broken. Site told us to cancel our Uber as they didn’t know when they could get us back in room. We had a cruise and had to get to the port on time. They said they would pay for cancelled Uber and provide transportation only to be charged $75 cash from driver. Breakfast had very limited options. Would not recommend.

Nice place but front desk lady wasn’t too friendly at check in. We had to pay for food and use microwave to make dinner due to nothing being close by to walk to. The hotel shuttle never picked us up and after waiting over an hour took an Uber to get from airport to hotel. Room was clean

Large 6 story LaQuinta

Good sized room with comfy queen beds . Beautiful grounds on a small lake.Very little insulation in walls, so sounds from neighboring rooms could be heard. Shuttle from airport slow. Offers 3rd party transport to cruise lines, if you are cruising .

We waited about an hour to be picked up at the airport. The service when checking in was good. The view was nice. The sheets on the bed were too small and did not stay on. Disappointing breakfast. The transportation advertised for the cruise port was not reliable. We were not picked up at the designated time so we had to get an Uber at the last minute.

The Breakfast was not good. Scramble egg is NOT scramble eags. Poor quality food. Hotel carpet smells dirty including inside rooms. First room was messy and dirty. I asked to change the room they did. But still dirty. I don’t recommend at all. All carpets needs a full shampoo and improve quality food. Maritza

The front desk lady, her service was terrible it seems like she doesn't like her job. Poor customer service. I had already made a reservation and I had the confirmation number with me, before showing her the confirmation she told me if I didn't have one that I need to go to sleep in my car, super rude person. Overall The hotel was very clean if it wasn't for her, I would've giving a 5star rating, I felt very uncomfortable there.

Not a great hotel.

This hôtel is very old. For the breakfast, this morning no sugar for the coffee. Two days ago, no spoon to eat the yogurt. They do the cleaning just after three days, so we have to ask for more towels. The shower don’t work well. Positive: the location is near the airport. The shuttle is free and the guy who bring us at the airport was really nice. Some restaurants are near, so you can walk.
