I did not have my physical credit card on me so I was unable to complete check-in. The person at the front desk was new and when I asked for his manager I was told he wasn't available. This policy was not mentioned anywhere- not on expedia or in the emails I received from the hotel. The hotel refused to take ownership for this mistake and would not refund the money.

The good reviews of this place are mind blowing. We opened the door and then slept in the car. The bathroom was filthy. Bugs everywhere. Looked like a drug den. I can’t believe Wyndham associates with this place

I ended up walking out of this hotel before I could register because it was in a terrible neighborhood, it was disgusting on the outside, the hotel clerk was behind a glass partition and they had hidden fees that were not described on the website like $100 security deposit

At first arrivals everything seemed fine but once i got to my room i gasped at how dirty the shower and toilet were. We called house keeping and kindly and the girl was SO RUDE and refused to help.I told her id find another hotel of it didn’t get cleaned she said “why would i clean if you’re gonna leave” sooo insane to say! we stayed the first night cause we just landed and had no choice, second day we packed up and told the front if we could have our second night refunded because we were leaving. They said no and told us to “just stay the night you already stayed one” omg. so rude over all and such a bad expierence.

Pass Thru' Stop Over.

Wow... The hotel needs an upgrade. Iron was broken i.e. iron plate falling off. Bathtub was a ridiculous mess had to wear a pair of slippers to shower in. Had to wipe down the hotel with wipes. Sheet had to be stripped and sprayed.

Was okay

Had to change rooms because the first smelled like urine and pet. The second room was ok it just had a smoke detector that needed a new battery. Beside that and the carrier needed deep shampoo it was okay. The front desk clerk was very good and helping.
