We live very close by but won't be invading your space.

We have lawn care that comes every other week, hot tub maintenance once a week, and someone that will be taking the trash out on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This was exactly what my family was looking for, a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind before heading back home. The host was incredibly accommodating and always available when needed. The home is beautifully surrounded by coconut and guava trees, which added to the tropical, laid-back feel.The neighborhood is very relaxed and welcoming, not uptight at all. We visited with a fairly large family during spring break, and it still never felt overcrowded or hectic. The location is perfect—close to beaches, nature, walking areas, and stores. Publix is right around the corner, and the house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Honestly, once you arrive, you hardly have to leave.Would definitely book here again!

It was beautiful house. I truly felt comfortable and relaxed here. The hot tub was set and ready to use. They had lots of activities in a closet for us to use like fishing rods! It was amazing.

This property is advertised beautiful but the condition of it was not good. The outside needs serious maintenance. Hot tub was not useful, completely dirty. Also the kitchen needs some attention on the appliances and utensils. In general this house needs some care.

Great house and backyard

My 14 friends and I had a fun and comfortable stay at this property. The backyard is great for hanging out and the bedrooms more than accommodated us. The master was especially luxurious. No complaints!

The oven’s door is damaged. I found some roaches into the house. Dirty glasses and plates. Both bathrooms downstairs are damaged because the water is always running. The location is so nice and the house is so big. They just need to improve the cleaning and try to fix couple spots.

The property suited our family of 14. We stayed 2 nights and the property owner was very responsive to all questions. We really enjoyed the backyard where we hung out, just being together. Plenty of seating and lots of wild life to watch.

Great place and location

We were in Dyer needs for a place to stay cause of a hurricane. We were 10 and pets. House is very large on the water. Rooms are large, owners are great when asking a question. Highly recommend even if you are not in our situation. One more thing, there is absolutely one of the best Cuban restaurant right around the corner and in walking distance.

Great property

A really clean and spacious home in Ft Lauderdale. We rented a car to get anround and explored Las Olas Blvd and the surrounding beaches. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the paddle boards! Diane and Erik were extremely communicative. Great trip.

Awesome place!

Diane & Erik were great hosts! We were a group that had flown in from all over the world. With so many ppl flying in & out at different times, both the hosts were gracious enough to accomodate our last minute requests. The place is clean & large with a great backyard & upstairs balcony & walkable distance to grab some cuban food. Overall a nice & pleasant stay!!

Coconut Dock House
