Hotel is close to the port and the airport. Provides free shuttle to the airport. You have to pay for the port shuttle. Pool was closed, on reconstruction. Overall was a good and convenient one night stay.

Promosed microwave and fridge...we got neither; telephone didn't work; the decor was skimpy and old; the driver of our van broke the law and drove like a bat out of hell almost hitting cars in front, skipped the line at the terminal and was adminished by a Sheriff oficer.

Arrived at 10:20 and the sign on front desk said be back at 11. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby before someone showed up so we could check in. When we got to our room the door wouldn’t open with the card. Once we finally got into our room all we wanted to do was get back out. This place is disgusting.

Crazy noisy

Our room faced the interstate highway, which was very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. The windows didn’t seem to have any impact on deadening the sound. The window shades were permanently shut down to keep out very bright security lights pointing directly at the building - it felt like we were in a prison cell.

Will not stay again.

This hotel is a poor location. It is by the highway. The windows are so poorly put together that you hear the sound of the highway all night long with motorcycles without mufflers etc. etc. The breakfast was a bit of a madhouse and they didn’t have all the items. Breakfast selection was pretty limited and not a nutritious menu. Seating was difficult to get. I did enjoy everything bagel. The best asset about this hotel is the staff.
