Anniversary trip

Room was clean and staff nice. Wasn’t impressed with the room. Dennys and McDonalds was next door. Denny’s suppose to be 24 hrs. They ended up closing early. McDonald’s was very small. Breakfast was good and different choices. Front desk forget to get us an airport shuttle. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes.

Room was full of water when I woke up in the morning , I call FD to send Maintnance , they never did. I called again and a lady came to the room and move me to an other room. I just dropped my luggage in the new room and went out , when I came back the odor of the room was horrible. As it was too late and I was too tired to change room again , I just use my perfume and sprayed the room. My stay was horrible. I would never stay there again.

The property was clean and the hotel was very quite at the time we checked in. Room was clean, and we had no issues. I feel alseep right away, so thats an indication pf how comfortable to bed and pillow were. Of course this depends on each person's preference in how they prefer their mattress and pillow. Overall, no complaints.

I had my girlfriend left by greyhound bus in Boynton Beach ,needed to be in Hollywood for a transfer at 11:35pm She caught a train and made it there by 8:00pm. When the bus showed at 11:35 ,she was not on that list She called me crying and needed a room for the night.motel next store said they dont take transit of the bus She seen your Best western and we had a room in 15 mins Thank you .Dana loved the room,we both were able to get some sleep. Again thanks
