Staff is nice. The hotel needs to be better maintained. The lobby is in good shape, but the halls are NASTY! Dirty carpet and you can smell an earthy odor as soon as you step off of the elevator onto the second floor! The room we were in had beat up furniture, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, as well as paint peeling. Also, it's ridiculous that you can hear the elevator running up and down when you're in a room at the very end of the hallway! There's no attempts by the corporation to provide noise reduction in the hotel. The walls and windows are not well insulated. YOU CAN HEAR EVERY LITTLE NOISE IN YOUR ROOM FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE! I will not be staying here again!

AC fixed at 65F. If changed $50 fine. Phone doesn't work.Fire alarm at 1:30AM . No staff to help or explain. When the fire department left, no one to tell us it was ok to enter or explain. Maybe 30% ogf guests left the hotel.If there was a real fire, it would have been a disaster. Noisy street that you can hear with windows closed and AC on.

Ever again.Way over priced. Worst best western ive stayed at. The room was so ghetto, no bed side table, smelled moldy, they wouldnt let you turn the heater/air higher than 65°,or they threatened to keep your 100 deposit, there were red tags on the building like they had been a bad inspection, and the pool had been closed for 18 months.

The airport shuttle was very easy to locate and very helpful driver who communicated effectively. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with the offering of warm prepared food ie eggs and sausage.

Freezing room

The airport shuttle was a nice accommodation. I was not allowed to change the air temperature in my room. It was set on 65 and I froze the entire time. The bedding was thin so i slept in pants, socks, and a jacket but still slept in a ball and woke up all throughout the night shivering. I will not stay here again.

You get what you pay for I suppose. Housekeeping was hit or miss. I made several requests directly with housekeeping and they always had to go downstairs to get more "supplies" but never returned with the requested items. It was weird that the only ice machine was on the first floor, and in a back corner hallway. A big sticker on the air conditioner telling you not to touch it was unhelpful. I guess the A/C had to stay on blast in order to keep the ants/small spider like things out of site. I would expect better of any hotel. Staff didn't seem concerned or feel it was a matter that needed to be addressed. Walking through the lobby you could hear other guests with the exact same concerns. I'll pass on staying here in the future.

Airport shuttle to pool was good. There is mild on the walls and pillows, the walls have earwax looking stuff on them, counters not wiped down, dirt all over the floor. And the headboard has white stuff all over it. The only bonus from what I seen was that there didn’t seem to bed bugs. Staff is very nice and friendly. But I would not stay here again.
