I booked this stay before I checked any reviews. After booking, I saw numerous bad reviews concerning condemned property and pool. I do not leave many reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. We arrived at the front desk and was immediately greeted and quickly checked in. We did not need to use the pool so I can’t review that aspect. I only needed to spend one night in a clean room and my expectations were met. Upon check out we found a very nice breakfast of piping hot eggs and sausage, self serve waffles, pastries, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. I found no reason whatsoever to leave any negative reviews. It just seems to me a lot of people are expecting The Ritz on a Best Western budget. I would absolutely stay here again!

First and foremost, this property advertises a pool. The pool and the entire wing of this building has been condemed scince April 2024 by the State of Florida. I called the hotel two days before my stay asking about pool and breakfast hours and they just told me the pool hours. No mention of the closure. Security is a little sktchy, I don't recomend for families. The rest is what you expect from a BW in Florida. I can't post the the unsafe builing order posted by the pool but the order # is 116.2.1.2.2

Hotel was dirty. Furniture was made out of cheap particleboard and nearly every piece of furniture in our room had been warped by water. Bathroom door also warped with rusty hinges and mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was largely edible. Would not stay here again.

Mediocre but fine

It was fine nothing great or special. It was clean but definitely outdated and a lot of cosmetic blemishes and eye sores from walls floor or furniture being old. Other than that it was a good price for what you got and the staff was friendly. Definitely use for a work trip. It was nice to have a 24 hour restaurant next door.

A good budget stay no complaints

A fine budget stay perfect for 2 friends who were visiting the area only to concerts at the Hard Rock casino and spent only sleeping hours at the hotel. The complementary breakfast was fine and anyone who wants better can cross next door to the Dennys
