Nobody ever came to clean for a whole week. The floor was very dirty and stayed that way for the whole stay. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms of the 2 bedroom room ( floor PH ) had a ticking noise and we could not sleep.

Love it, close to beach and shopping. Friendly staff. Two bedroom units very spacious. Balconies with ocean view have amazing views of Ft. Lauderdale. Be back next year for the air show.

This property is in such bad shape I had to take the drains apart on the bathroom sink to use it. I turned the water on and left to the kitchen Gone 3-4 min, came back to an overflowing sink and the enter bathroom into lake humpty dumty. They also bait and switch, sold me a ocean view room and refused to give it to me. I had to start chewing all the way up to some mindless corporate phone jocky who wouldn't do anything.

We stayed for 4 days, everything was good, its nice area to walk to the beach and to the park, and we had a good view of the beach.The only thing thats negative is that the laundry is up at night,which makes too much noise which makes it difficult to sleep, and also the rooms need an update to make it more modern.Thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay.
