It was a great option for us leaving on a cruise. The staff, especially Erika, was amazing. We definately recommend this is everyone. Our friends had a room next to the elevator and it was a bit noisier (to be exoected).

The room we were in had a gap of about 1.5 inches above the ground on the door. Every time someone was entering their own room it sounded like someone was trying to get in our room. Told the front desk staff about it and they seemed shocked but walking the floor of our room I noticed several doors were like that. Breakfast was good and the free airport shuttle was nice but I do not think I would stay there again as the building was very dated

The staff was very nice to deal with and pleasant. The only complaint is the breakfast offerings were not kept to par with the volume of people. No hot coffee available. No complimentary coffee or water available after they removed all hints of a breakfast.

The hotel is what we expected however we had an early morning flight and was very frustrated that there was no cold running water in the shower no matter what we tried. My traveling companion overheard another guest complaining about the same problem.
