I like that the property was close to the cruise port and airport. I did not like the check-in process of being on a wait list even though I made the reservation weeks in advance. The room was okay but the water in the shower was lukewarm the whole the time not good for me.

I scheduled the stay for 6 travelers with a 12-hour layover at FTL. The hotel is in a great location for the airport, but they are severely understaffed. Our group left baggage claim at 7:30 pm, got in the shuttle at 8:10, and checked in at 10:10 pm. Hotel personnel confirmed on Thursday that everyone speaks Spanish, but this was not the case. I was on the phone with our group and the English-speaking staff throughout the night. The hotel is clean and well-located, but if your group does not speak English then I would recommend another site for your stay.
