Lets the say the best part of this stay was that the room was clean and the gentleman named Chip that checked us. It was definitely not the Days Inn of Wyndam we had expected. It looked sketchy but the parking lot was full and we never felt unsafe.

Room was better than expected. Beds were nice. Location is okay with food and coffee outlets nearby. Access to interstate is excellent, making getting to places you want to go and getting back "home" easy. Staff are a little nonchalant, but they handled all requests. The room was for guests visiting from out of town, so it was mainly a place to sleep and eat breakfast before heading out to tour S.Florida. We would use this spot again.

We booked a handicap room with rollin shower. Only had one room and it was reserved. We booked 2 months in advance. I told them that and they adjusted our rate. When we left the owner got us a Uber and took great care of us. Actual hotel is older, needs updated, no restarants around BUT staff was very kind and helpful

All employees at the location gave good service. Poor locks on your room require resetting key cards almost every time I left the room. And they charged extra fees outside Hotels.com reservation total.

Management very nice; staff generally helpful; second stay we found eyelashes in the shower shelf and a hole in the shower curtain. Oakland Park is not a quiet road - so don’t expect minimal noise unless you get a room on the backside of hotel.

Check in was breeze but the room had roaches upon entering. One in fridge and one on the bed under the pillow. They switched rooms and nothing more was offered. Stay at your own risk and check for bugs.

The service and staff was stupendous. I felt very taken care of. As far as the room being clean, it is pretty clear that the floors, microwave, sink and bathtub do not get cleaned. With such amazing service, having a 100% clean room would really give a complete experience. I recommend adding the above items to the room cleaning list going forward. Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

Its not the Taj mahal, Its clean, beds are comfortable. Its a quite noisy hotel, there's a train track behind the hotel, and lots of car noise from parking lot. They could use some sound proofing in these rooms. Has a nice pool. Beware they charge a 2.00 fee extra if you did not book through them. Kind of a sneaky unecessary charge if you ask me. not like they are doing anything to improve the facilities. Staff was okay. Can't say the checking manager was very friendly. Wasn't rude, but I felt like I was interrupting her. Then checked me into a room with two queen beds, and not a King room which I paid for. Just verify everything what your reservation says, or they could give you what they want.

The most horrible stay ever. The bathtub needs serious repair, the card keys did not work, almost every time we came back, the card key had ro be replaced, no room cleaning, no towels provided the next day and when towels were provided, they were smelly. No coffee or creamer in the rm for the next day.
