The first room we were put in smelled moldy & carpet was saturated wet under window & A/C unit. When we asked for another room they said there was not one the same size available. Then after waiting an hour for a solution a room of the same size magically became available.

Very clean room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only had a problem with the hallway was very hot, like the heat was on and the toilet was running, they said they fixed it but every 5-7 minutes the toilet would sound like water was running

It was quiet and access to the cafe on the 5th floor. Not too crazy about the daily parking rates especially if guest wanted to visit. Would stay again but wouldn’t bring a vehicle due to the expensive parking rates or would choose another location just because of the ease of not having to pay for parking.
