Wonderful staff. Dontiea went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with an issue relative to my booking and Lucrecia helped me with follow up to assure that the issue was corrected. Can't say enough good about these two wonderful people! Thank you! Also, large spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

The hotel and room are clean and spacious, not cluttered or dusty. The Kiki’s staff were wonderful, attendant but not intrusive. The woman at the front desk was courteous, however when we asked for a 30 minute extension for check out, even though we are long time IHG members, she refused our request. So we had to stand with our luggage in the parking area for 30 minutes waiting for our port shuttle. Everything else was very nice.

We arrived early from the airport. Transport was very friendly and quick to pick us up. She was already parked and out by the time we walked to pickup area. Staff was also very accommodating to help us check in to our room a little early. Would stay here again!

I have numerous complaints and I asked a manager to contact me but never did. We stayed and were checked in by Danny on 5/4/25. He said he was going to put us on the 0500 shuttle to the airport. We get to the room to see the tv does not work, having 2 children under 2 and it raining out, this was needed. We called and they said someone would be in, in 30 mins and would come up. We then were getting the kids ready for bed, pulled down the blankets to find and old food wrapper with crumbs in it. I called down to double check that we were on the shuttle. The lady giggled and said “please excuse Danny, he didn’t put you on”. She was so rude. I asked if there was any accommodation she could make being that this was a mistake on their part. She kept getting loud and just saying just get on the 4am or get an uber, I gave up on having her accommodate us. I then told her how no one has come to fix tv and let her know about the dirty bed. She sent someone that couldn’t speak English to us. He through a rolled up sheet on the bed. Said “be back” then nothing. This was horrible, dirty and just rude! When we came down to check out and go catch our Uber (5/5/25 @ 0455), the lady was on the phone yelling at someone and wouldn’t pay us any mind. I can’t believe I spent money to be treated like this and stay here.

Crown Plaza

Airport shuttle was called. Waited 15 minutes. Watched shuttle pass by without stopping. Room on tenth floor was nice. TV set worked but could not receive any channels of any type. Man came and worked on it about 30 minutes but was not able to fix situation.

We had a great one night stay. Easily took an uber/lyft to the marina a short drive away. Extremely close to the cruise port & airport. Front desk staff were so nice & remembered us by name the next day checking out. Same goes for the valet attendants. The buffet breakfast was really good. The rooms were nice. The beds were so comfy I didn’t want to leave them. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is near the cruise port which served our needs. That is the only positive I can say. The negatives include: bathroom toilet didn’t flush well, hair dryer didn’t work properly, bathroom was small, air conditioning unit was loud, guest upstairs were noisy. Without going into anymore detail, I can say we will not stay here again. Make sure you are an IHG member if staying here otherwise, management will not compensate you for the inconveniences.
