We booked a corner king and although the room was nice, there was major construction going on durectly below our window. At first, there was some confusion with our reservation and I had to remind receptionist what we had booked...couldn't find that breakfast was included. We were also sent an offer from hotel to arrive early for a $20 fee. I requested it and it was accepted but when we arrived, they told that it wasn't a gurantee. So, people show up early because of this offer and find out it is not guranteed? Why would anyone do this? We sat around for a couple of hours and finally got into our room (we were charged the $20). There were no bellman to help with luggage trolly. We tried to take a nap after having had such an early flight, but the noise from the construction kept us awake. The breakfast was included in our pkg but it ended up costing us $15...they add on fees. You also had to go up to the counter to order, which most people didn't know since there wss no greeter. You had to search around for menus and serve yourself coffee in paper cups. We had stayed there many years ago and liked the location but I willl never stay there again.

Didn’t have breakfast. Prices of all the extras (bar, restaurant, retail items) is expensive but to be expected. I didn’t care for how all of the extra fees weren’t disclosed outright. Every day we had a $34 destination fee! For each day of our stay. And, apparently they don’t do room service unless you schedule it with the front desk. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Check in process was long.
