To start with we arrive early to check in , and I understand that check in is at 4. But housekeeping doesn't show up till 11 to start cleaning rooms. The lobby was full of people heading to their cruise or flight. The restaurant was closed for lunch, but the clerk behind the desk kind enough to give us a food coupon for the restaurant nearby. We signed up for transport for the next morning. When we got there they took a group ahead of us that hadn't even signed up till the morning of. The desk clerk called for another transport van and it was already full of passengers, my husband had to stand in the back by the luggage. Needless to say we will not be returning, nor advise any of our friends or family to stay.

The shuttle experience from the airport to the hotel was awful. It took 2 1/2 hrs and in volved 5 phone calls. Not kidding! The shuttle to the cruise port wasn't much better. Got there only a hour late. Food service at the hotel was also slow and the person taking orders didn't seem to care. Not a good experience.

The hotel does not have qifi for everyone. You have to be a platinum member to access wifi. Quite irresponsible and backward. Their staff were quite rude and did not provide airport shuttle as promptly as others. Disappointing for such a pricey night's stay!

Check in was slow while the attendant signed into the system, the ordering food at their Bistro took longer than expected while none of the previous tables in their restaurant were cleared, so every table had the previous client’s eaten food sitting out. Then, I got a knock on the door at 9:00 while taking a shower when checkout was posted for 12:00.

Room was clean and comfortable. Train went by most of the night which was annoying. Terrible restaurant service, 1 person taking food and drink orders and expensive. Took 30 minutes just to get coffee in the morning. Check in was smooth although not friendly front desk staff, perhaps they were overwhelmed by cruise passengers. Shuttle to Airport was on time.
