there were multiple issues with my stay: no toilet paper when first entering room toilet did not flush room keys did not work did not feel clean or comfortable to stay so i cancelled my second night

The air condition was leaking in the room and we asked a room service for the room to be clean. We didn’t get the service we had to go to the front desk. For towels.

Staff not able to assist properly. They changed our rooms multiple times. Could not issue our keys due to a system problem. Staff seem overworked and not compensated properly working extra overtime’s they seemed tired and ver unhappy which permeates to the customer. Not a good location people outside the hotel are constantly begging for money.
