The rooms all need a deep clean. Sheets were clean and kitchen was spotless but the walls need a wash, corners behind things need a good clean and windows were so dirty. Was a comfortable stay for our group do 3 nights before our cruise. We were out most of the day so wasn’t in the room much except to sleep. Close to shopping and restaurants which is handy. I would suggest that when the company sen you your room number and checkin code that they send you the code for the front gate. We and a few other people were trying to figure how to get in the property and had to call. They told me it was listed on the hotel portal site. Finally figured you have to hold your phone lakdscape if your not on a laptop or tablet. So that was annoying.

Room was good condition, just really small and wasn’t as “big” as the pictures made it seem. Room service didn’t check in everyday. We used the same towels all 4 days we were there nobody is like really ever on site neither to ask for more towels. You need to inform people of the front door code. We only got provided our room number code not the front door code.

In our room, the flooring was in terrible condition and there was Alot of maintenance that needed to be done, like moldy smell and rotten wood around bathroom door.. The walls had marks on them, needing paint

My room was suppose to have a open closet a dresser an ironing board and a chair to set in but it did not. I payed for a superior queen . But i had none of the above mentioned. There should be at least 4 towels for 2 people so i wouldn't have to pay to wash them so often. Check in was very easy. I like the gated community.

This place really cares about its appearance and does a good job of communicating too. Nice pool area. They really really do need more plugs or extension cords especially by the beds. People need to charge phones and laptops and crawling under beds to find a working outlet is not ideal. But it was good

We reserved pool view well just so you know it’s just a window you can see the corner of where the pool is. Windows were so dirty! Inside and out I’m sure it hasn’t been cleaned in months! Now the room itself is as dirty. I had to go purchase a mop to sweep and mop the place. You can tell it hasn’t been swept and mopped in a while. I’m sure management doesn’t check rooms at all the sofa bed was actually broken. Thankfully we had an air mattress with us. Make sure to bring your own towels they don’t give clean ones. I think what really upset me was while we were staying the night before at almost 5 pm they message us to let us know they will come with pest control starting at 9am. They should have schedule that better before. I had a 10 month old so I’m not sure where they thought that would be ok. Overall I would never stay here again.
