Our stay was excellent. This was our first stay at Stephanie's place out of many other Deerfield stays and we will put on our list as one of the best. The apartment felt "homey" with the perfectly decoracted inside decor and layout. We enjoyed the outside patio and the shared laundry was conveniently right there off the rear patio. What we look for in a Deerfield island condo stay checked off just about all our boxes. The supplied beach gear was great and a must on our list. The beach umbrella was sturdy and mats & chairs completed our set-up. Having these amenities is important to us. A beach cart or wagon would have been great to load up and get pull to the beach but we managed just fine without. The location to the beach is only a short one block walk and is equally convenient to two beach access points. Close enough to the Deerfield hub of town but far enough away from the main area of the crowded beaches. The beach area up a few blocks from town is more chill and spacious. The two coffee makers were great ( single serve and whole pot makers ) which we used both. The beds were very comfortable and the complex was quiet and laid-back. Our neighbors we met were extremely friendly and smiles & good mornings were all around during our morning walks. Stephenie was quick with responses and very accommodating.
