We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated that three of the bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which made it really convenient for everyone. The location was great—close to food and restaurants downtown and within walking distance to a fun creek area. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome place and even better than I expected. Even all the little details to make it perfect like white noise machines, makeup remover wipes, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in that area again. Host was fantastic about communication too! I never had to ask about anything because he was so on top of it.

Perfect location and great host. We loved this house and we do many VRBO rentals each year. We liked being able to walk along the river into town (it is a little over a mile). We felt very safe. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal for my family. The only thing to note is the king bed in the basement is not actually in a separate room and the basement bathroom does not have a shower. It was not a big deal for us, but it was a little inconvenient for my son and his wife who were staying down there. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. James and Mandy were great communicators and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. There was plenty of street parking and an easy walk to the Poudre River White Water Park (which was free and our kids’ favorite activity of the trip). There are GREAT restaurants downtown. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved this amazing home in every way! Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and come together for fun time as a group. Five college friends held a reunion in Fort Collins 52 years after we met at Penn State. This home met our needs perfectly. The separate bedrooms and many bathrooms made it comfortable for us. The kitchen was extremely functional. The central location was great. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Great walking and biking!

This is a great place to stay especially if you like to move around without a car. Very close to urban trails, a great sporting good store, the bus line, grocery, and more. We were 4 people, all coworkers and we each had our own private space. All was as reported in the listing, including skeeball! We had great communication with the owners and felt absolutely at home and very safe. The house is in great shape and there was nothing that we were without, including coffee! This is a very fine place to stay and I hope to return. Oh, and the hot tub on the roof is amazing!

We enjoyed this lovely home with comfy beds and a rooftop hottub. Coffee beans, grinder and a large selection of teas was another bonus. We wished we had more time to play the fun skee ball game! For some reason there were zero washcloths, and the washing machine threw the breaker. The home was in a good location near the river, Old Town and nice restaurants.
