Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Sleeps 8 with queen pullout couch bed. Kitchenette with 2 fridges, double burner, microwave, keurig, & toaster oven. Couch, recliner, extra large flat screen TV, cable and internet included. Central Air conditioning/heating with thermostat. Private parking lot, free street parking, & private fenced yard.

Centrally located for trips to Estes Park (Rocky Mountain NP), Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Fort Collins, Greeley and Cheyenne - Wyoming, lakes, natural areas, hiking trails!
