Room clean was not the best

Breakfast is good

We really enjoyed our stay we will return

The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside?

The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The shower was the best hotel shower ever.

I’ll start with this, the property is amazing! Super clean, spacious and in a great location. However, the check-in process was horrible. I wasn’t made aware that the process was completely digital. It took me about an hour to get into my room. I feel like the communication as far as that was NOT consumer friendly. That being said, now that I am fully aware I will absolutely return to this property.
