Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 5 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop 8 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm 3 km, Obertauern 25 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30).

Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Wunderschöne Hütte und sehr netter Gastgeber
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Hütte liegt traumhaft und sehr ruhig in den Bergen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
