Quiet and relaxing

We have been here twice now. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoy the fishing and the quiet. Forest City is only 4 miles away for groceries and necessities, or to just go out for a meal or a couple drinks. Lovely stay.

Cozy Cabin

This is a hidden gem. Check in and check out is simple. The cabin is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen, bright and cheerful with plenty of light and windows. The patio off the kitchen and the patio off the bedroom provide hours of quiet contentment with unobstructed views of the lake. The campground has a lot to offer, is clean with friendly campers. It was enjoyable to walk the campground loop and chat. Hy Vee and convenience stores are only a five minute drive away. This short get away provided needed rest and relaxation. We look forward to returning.

Great Place

Great place for a long weekend. Cabin was great, updated and clean. Enjoyed the patio and the view of water. Nice location close to town if needed anything. Hosts were easy to work with and enjoyable to talk with.
