The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a modern rustic style. The property is situated in a residential area. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The landlord has access to the terrace, but he does not use it in summer and does not bother us. The landlord's entrance door is at the back of the house, so it is completely separate. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
