BRAND NEW POOL, HOT TUB, ELEVATOR!
Stay in a home not a vacation rental. Sip cocktails from the top viewing deck with beautiful red sunsets sounds, smells, and peekaboo views of the ocean, views of the Intercoastal all in the comfort of this fully appointed beach home. Short 1 block walk to the beach and marina! Bring your boat on vacation w/you and explore the waterways or just lounge and enjoy the breeze on 1 of the 3 large porches. Folly really has it all!

The Space:
Guests have the entire house to themselves! One block from the beach and one block from the Intercoastal! Amazing views of the ocean and Intercoastal!
As of February 2024, we will have re-designed the sleeping spaces to accommodate 10 guests in beds. The master bedroom located on the top floor has king bed and en suite. On the first floor there is a queen bedroom, king bedroom, bunk bedroom with two queens and two twins, and a tucked away common area with king/queen bunkbed.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house unless it’s a locked door with out a keyless entry lock on it.

Getting Around:
Most people staying on the island rent a golf cart to cruise the island. Charleston golf cart rental comes highly recommended if this is something you want to have during your stay!

Interaction with Guests:
We live in downtown Charleston and are always available to our guests!

Beautiful home which has amazing views. Nicely secluded but a short walk to the beach. House has a fabulous kitchen and living space. The pool is gorgeous and the porches are spacious and have comfortable furniture. The elevator and hot tub are an added bonus. Owners are super responsive with any questions!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and very accommodating. Robin was very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had. The house was very clean and a very short walk to the beach. We loved having access to the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful home

This place was incredible. Clean, nicely decorated and a great size. The walk to the beach was amazingly short, much shorter than we expected. If you forgot something, no biggie! A quick jog back to the house and you're golden. We're hoping to make this a "regular" spot for our family.

Folly Beach gem

We loved everything about our stay at Red Sunsets! The house was beautiful and had every amenity we could have asked for, and the proximity to the beach was perfect for our group of 14. I didn't time it but it felt like about a 3 minute walk, and the cart and beach chairs were wonderful to have. The kids loved having the pool and inflatables, and the adults got plenty of use out of the hot tub. We really enjoyed our morning coffees on the widow's walk as well, just a gorgeous property. If we make this family trip an annual thing there is no question we will try to book here again! The communication with Robin and Jessie was fantastic as well, they were tremendous hosts.
