The staff at check in was not helpful. Person was more worried about being outside on the phone. I opted in for the room to be cleaned me it never happened. We were there for 4 days. When I asked about the room being cleaned I was told by someone else that they only clean after 3 days. Still never happened. I had to constantly request towels but there was not an option for someone to dispose of the dirty towels

The property needs some work. The ac unit was dripping water on the floor and no repairs were done. The toilet seat was broken and housekeeping never cleaned our room. That was disappointing since I requested it upon check-in.

I liked the great customer service experience. I didn’t like that during breakfast hours, they didn’t have enough food to accommodate the guests. Oh! And all furniture wasn't in the living room, it was missing the table with chairs and a sit in chair that was shown on the pictures viewed online. They also need more furniture in the bedroom, like furniture with draws and desk and chair.

Love the location, cleanliness. We had about a 30 Minute delay in checking in, staff said they only had 4 people cleaning rooms, we also asked for more towels on our 3 day and was told none were clean, asked for them to be brought up when available and we never got any.

Just one suitcase carrier for the four floors didn’t work well. Allowing dogs to bark all night and not addressing the complaints by multiple rooms because of it. One elevator for the whole hotel during check out is such an inconvenience. The breakfast attendant seemed bothered by doing her job. The lack of housekeeping was sorry. Guest would just place their trash and dirty towels in the hallway.

It is a new hotel and the hotel is in very good shape. Nothing majorly was wrong; the staff just hadn’t worked out all the kinks yet. Breakfast would run out of items everyday and be slow to refill. One day no plates and napkins, the next day there was no milk. The sheets in the pull out couch were dirty. I asked for new ones and were provided, but no over the top service like sorry for the issue or let me run that up to your room. We stayed three nights and didn’t see housekeeping had come to our room any of the days. When we checked in we were charged a different rate than we reserved at. I had to talk to three different people, then get on the phone with Hotels.com for an hour to get it straightened out. A lot of run around at the hotel from the staff and made me feel like I was unreasonable for asking to honor the price I reserved at
