BUGS ! BUGS ! BUGS ! Discovered two cockroaches in the room in middle of night.. . One was inside of the room door.. A second one was on floor in bathroom. I slept with lights on at that point . In morning , I went to heat up something in microwave and discovered small bugs all over the inside of the unit . Informed desk in the morning.. he apologized and said someone would get back to me in a couple days. 6 days later .. no contact .

Do not recommend at all, poor service and bed

We had to ask for a new room, the tub was peeling and gross, could not even be used, the light switch by the door did not work. After moving to a new room, the bed was very uncomfortable and we slept very little, there was dust on every shelf, . When checking out, a man came from the breakfast area, not dressed professionally, did not introduce himself, just in a very heavy accent that I could not understand told me that a receipt would be emailed. Did not ask about our stay, said good morning, nor have a good day and thank you for staying. Would not be coming back to this hotel. The rooms that we had were at the farthest part of the whole hotel and very difficult to find the elevators. The rooms need to be updated and new beds!!!

Well….the three drunk women across the hall smoking weed probably smelled better than the bathroom in my room. I never took a shower so hot after arriving home. Natalie down at the bar was so sweet. She made me a perfect drink and recommended some excellent places for breakfast.

Help needs help

The bathtub had the white coating peeling off, housekeeping went to the bathroom and left a poop floating without a flush and then turned the heat off during a snow storm, no trash can, and the coffee maker was missing pieces.

The place is rundown and in need of updates and repairs. We moved to three different rooms because the tub/showers were gross. The entire fourth floor was closed due to smoke detector problems. There were two fire alarms in one night where we had to go to the lobby and wait for the fire department to come and check the hotel. There were no fires but obviously the problems on the fourth floor were affecting the entire building. We cut our stay by two days and went to another hotel. The front desk did refund our two unused days.

We had a nice stay, but hotel is showing its age

We had a nice stay overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked, and the heater kept us warm on a very cold December night. Just a couple of things diminished from an otherwise positive experience... the carpet in the hallways is badly stained, the elevators had scratched graffiti on the doors, and there were stains on the seat cushions in our room. My roommate complained of an odor in the room like stale smoke masked with air freshener (it was a non-smoking room, and I didn't smell it, but it bothered him).
