O apart é muito bem equipado e confortável. Localização ótima . Tem todos os utensílios que precisamos para o dia a dia, inclusive filtro de água e máquina de lavar e secar roupas. A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. Próxima vez em Floripa, ficarei novamente no Viva Trindade.

O apartamento é muito bom. O único ponto negativo é que, ao contrário da cama de casal, a cama dita de solteiro é muito pequena e muito desconfortável. Para duas pessoas, o apartamento é ótimo. Para três pessoas, eu não recomendaria.

Excelente! Boa Localização, estrutura no entorno e na acomodação. Tem restaurantes no andar C1 que facilitam e mercado Angeloni na Térreo .Estacionamento é cobrado à parte por diária ( Ao entrar no Estacionamento LYON PARK, fale com o atendente na cancela e avise quantos dias você vai ficar, desta forma ele já emite o ticket do estacionamento e cobra na hora). Ficamos 5 dias e gostamos muito, certeza que voltaremos.

Prédio novo, bem localizado e seguro. Apartamento aconchegante com o necessário para a estadia. Tivemos um contratempo em relação ao estacionamento, pois na reserva estava como gratuito e na hora fomos informados pela anfitriã que era pago. Foi um estresse todo depois de viajarmos 12h, mas após contato com a plataforma da reserva, tudo foi resolvido. Recomendo. Lugar maravilhoso.

Gostei muito da acomodação. Achei só que a cama do terceiro hóspede não é confortável. Imaginei que fosse uma cama box normal, mas é uma cama extra. Isso deve ser especificado nas reservas. Não tem nada explicando que é cama extra. De resto tudo ótimo. Localização ótima. Tem supermercado e restaurantes no próprio prédio. Isso é ótimo.
