Valeu muito a estadia!

Passamos o período do reveillon no hotel, em família! O hotel é muito bom, pé na areia! Fornecem cadeiras e toalhas de praia! O quarto é bem amplo (pelas fotos imaginei que fosse menor e tive esta grata surpresa) e bem limpo! Super valeu adquirir a ceia de ano novo oferecida por eles! O restaurante funciona o dia todo, o que facilita muito para aproveitarmos a beira da praia e piscina!

Para quem deseja apenas estar bem localizado

Pelo valor cobrado esperava muito mais. Quarto pequeno, estacionamento caro e com serviço péssimo, na verdade, nem tem serviço, você além de pagar o hotel tambem paga para estacionar no próprio hotel sem qualquer suporte de manobrista. Café da manhã básico, nada de surpreendente. No mais, o hotel tem boa localização.

Excelente!!!

Excelente hotel, quartos novos e aconchegantes, piscina espetacular e com acesso fácil para praia, próximo a muitos bares, lojas e restaurantes. Café da manhã bem generoso e serviço de bar e restaurante ao lado da piscina muito bom. Mas o grande destaque da nossa estadia foi a Ana Bel e os meninos da recepção, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas principalmente ela que nos ajudou muito pois tivemos problemas particulares e tbm com nosso veículo e fez total diferença na nossa estadia. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Enganação pura

Viajei para passar 1 semana de Lua de Mel, foi a pior experiencia que pude ter na minha vida, primeiro que o quarto que nos alocaram não era o mesmo quarto das fotos de todos os sites de viagem e do site do próprio hotel, a foto do nosso quarto não existe em nenhum local para nos avisar que aquele seria o que contratamos e não os das fotos. Fomos alocados em um quarto que claramente era um quarto que estava em manutenção, sujo, porta da sacada estava aberta e o quarto estava molhado, banheiro cheirando a Urina, sem luz e sem agua fria, lençóis imundos, quarto velho. Fomos alocados em outro quarto, no mesmo estilo do primeiro. Sujo, geladeira com ferrugem, lençóis novamente imundos, banheiro novamente com cheiro de urina, mas desta vez com um plus, baratas, que era um ninho que saia de um azulejo quebrado. Haviam buracos no teto, pasta de dente no espelho da pia, claramente sem limpeza, o ar condicionada cheirava mal. Fomos com a promessa de estacionamento no local, quando cheguei la não haviam vagas, na primeira noite tive que buscar um estacionamento próximo, isso depois de 14 horas de viagem, pois fui de São Paulo para Florianópolis de carro. Café da manhã bem mais ou menos, as vezes os pães e bolos tinham claramente cara de velhos, o gerente da cozinha era um cara extremamente grosso com os colaboradores(Respeito a um funcionário é ESSENCIAL). Chegamos em um Domingo e fomos embora no domingo seguinte, em NENHUM dia a piscina foi limpa.
