One of the managers and cleaning ladies walked into my room while I was resting on my bed. They enter the rooms while you are in there. Very weird. Also, there was a sink in the room outside of the bathroom. Seemed weird.

Segunda vez que fico nesse hotel. Desta vez um quarto não tão confortável igual da outra vez, nao tinha vista, mas bem adaptado. O Café da manhã impecável, muita qualidade e variedade. Piscina, jacuzzi. Hotel top. Tem estacionamento pago separadamente, 25 reais, local seguro. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Localização muito boa.

Precisam se reestruturar aos horários check-in/out

Quarto confortável e bom atendimento dos recepcionistas. Porém, corredores do hotel bem sujos e bagunçados, café da manhã muito simples e o ponto mais negativo é que o horário do check-out é às 11h (muito cedo) sendo que na maioria dos hotéis é 12h e, mesmo chegando às 15h o quarto não estava pronto. Detalhe: não era só o meu quarto, haviam dezenas de hóspedes aguardando também. Ou seja, é um hotel que "exige" um horário muito mais cedo de saída e mesmo assim não consegue cumprir com suas obrigações e entregar o quarto no horário proposto de entrada.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Ambiente agradável e funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom. Tivemos problemas com o horário do check-in, que atrasaram 1h50m para disponibilizar os quartos, mas permitiram a compensação na saída (de apenas 1 quarto, o outro tivemos que fazer o check out no horário pré determinado). Nos 2 primeiros dias não foi colocado kit de banheiro. No geral, o hotel é muito bom e, se não fosse estresse do check-in, teria sido perfeito.
