The apartment is spacious. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a tub! Wi-Fi was great, for multiple devices at one time. The location was convenient for us. Florence is a very walkable city. Note that “ground floor” does not mean “first floor” - it means basement, so if you want to avoid stairs, this is not the best option. We specifically chose this apartment because it lists a washer and dryer, and a kitchen. Our group of four adults, traveling Europe for three weeks would need those facilities. Our stay in Florence was 10 days. The washer/dryer was small and unable to accommodate large loads but only three detergent pods were provided. When we requested more, along with additional trash bags, they were reluctantly delivered - two pods, and two trash bags which were not the correct size for any of the trash cans in the apartment. We ended up purchasing detergent pods, toilet paper, and napkins for our stay and we used bags from our purchases for trash. The TV was in one of the bedrooms so not ideal for group watching, and the refrigerator (cute and red) did not work properly. Items on the upper shelves were not as cold as those on the lower shelf. Toaster and kettle both worked great. Very quiet.
