In what was a typical country house back in the 1600s, you will now find a large, charming open space of over 120 square meters, full of details that testify to its history. The structure is partly in stone, with ancient exposed beams and the floor is in typical Tuscan terracotta and travertine.
A house indeed a retreat, for lovers of art and typical Tuscan architecture, equipped with all modern comforts, such as 55-inch TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and vintage furniture, such as table soccer, piano, and drums. The well inside the house from which the apartment takes its name was once used to water animals and for farmers and their families. The old oven at the entrance, in a distant past, was the bakery where all the families from the neighboring countryside each went on Sundays to bake their own bread. In short, the ideal place to live and immerse yourself in true Tuscan culture, admire and appreciate Florence and its works of art as well as our countryside, with the olive trees and vineyards that give our good Chianti wine, but not only. You can reach the historic center of Florence, a Unesco heritage site conveniently in about 10 minutes by car and then return to appreciate the silence and serenity of our home in the evening. Very convenient for those who come on vacation by car or rent a car because parking is free and secure, inside the property, if you do not have a car you can still move by cab or public transportation present at a short distance.

There is a sleeping area with a double bed and a fireplace available, closable with curtains for more privacy.
A living room where there is a sofa bed and an armchair bed, to accommodate up to 4 people, as well as a relaxation area and an area equipped for smart working.
The small, antique bathroom has been restored and equipped with a large and comfortable modern shower.
The kitchen is really large, typical of Tuscan farmhouses, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories for cooking as Italians do.
The living room is very large, furnished with works of art, two antique grandfather clocks, a piano, three sofas, a magnificent TV, with access to Netflix, DVD player, VHS player and Playstation for the younger ones.
There is also the possibility of access to a small garden, fenced for your exclusive use, with access from a courtyard shared with other properties, to enjoy the smells and coolness of the Tuscan countryside, even with a pet, always a welcome guest in our facility.
