Spacious old building, walkable to main market, train station and tourist attractions. No lift, but it's ok,well lit ,safe stairs. Staffs are very nice. Kichen equipped well . Good water pressure to shower.

The Owner was very friendly and accommodating, we booked a studio not knowing it was on the Top floor (4) on stairs with no elevator, nice work out but maybe nos suitable for other people, it was fine for us. Nice big bed and pillows, nice big sofabed and pillows, essential kitchen and nice bathroom. Close to Bus and Train station (5-7 min walk) Far enough from crowded areas.

We had lovely stay. The area is close by to a lot of attractions and everything is walking distance. A lovely apartment and brilliant staff who went out of their way to show us the best places to visit. I would recommend.

Decent, It could improve some things

The apartment is close to the train station, but it's on the third floor and there is no elevator. The place was clean, the staff eliminate the garbage daily. The place has a kitchen, but it doesn´t have basic tools for any kitchen. There was no keetle or teapot where to boil water, the host knew about this and she did nothing to solve the issue, also there is no cutlery for all of us even when the reservation was for 4 people. The shower curtain had mold.

Lovely Gem near everything historical centro

This beautiful gem in the heart of Firenze is not to be missed. The owner and staff were polite and quite lovely to chat with. Amazing room and decor. Walking distance to museums and good food. 10/10 highly recommend.

The property top level is a little aged but comfortable and spacious. You have everything you need for cooking in kitchen. During our stay there were somethings unexpected happened in the facility and caused some inconvenience, but the owner was very friendly and tried very hard to solve the issues for us as quick as possible and provided generous discount.

Staff are very friendly. Location is good as it’s close to all popular attractions. Even if you are joining tours to Cinque Terre, Venice, the meetup point was just in 10mins. Many good food around 👍

Gem of a spot

Fantastic location for a trip to Florence. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, which was spacious for our family of 4. It is on the top floor, which didn't affect us in terms of access, but there are many steps! A/C only in hall, which didn't really extend to bedrooms - in the intense summer heat this did impact comfort. Fans are provided and were well used! The owner was incredibly helpful, recommending places to visit and eat, also allowing us to store luggage before check in and after check out.

We loved our apartment on the 5th floor. Got a little exercise climbing to the fifth floor every day without the elevator, but we loved it. We loved the little garden area, staff was nice, apartment got cleaned every day. Overall it was a good experience.

A beautiful typical Florentine building, where the first floor has been transformed into a hotel. It exudes a lovely spirit and unique essence. The staff were friendly and great. I adore experiencing the authentic vibe of each place I visit, and this place provided me with a delightful experience
