The communication was excellent and we knew exactly where to go. Our host met us at the door and explained all things to enter and operate things in the apartment. It was a perfect space for two of us with lots of space to relax. We also made use of the kitchen to cook some meals. The location is perfect; you're within steps of the Ponte Vecchio bridge and many shops/restaurants. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The property is fine, the administration not very helpful, but what is very good is that has a great location and easy access to main attractions

The location is the best. Everythings are walkable. The place is old but clean enough, it was okay to stay. Check-in information wasn't clear until two hours before check-in time, so i got frustrated a little.

Hi. I had a serious issue with Expedia and the host. I payed and afterwards did not receive any email, WhatsApp, text - nothing. Until about 20:00hra where the host contacted me to ask how my stay was going - kind of a hipócrit question. The host doesn’t answer my messages since… Since I did not get any information for servral hours, I had to book another stay. I would like Expedia to completely refund the reservation.

We were a family of four. Location is prime. Walking distance from everything. Apartment spacious and in very good conditions. Asked for recommendations on restaurants and they shared with me a couple which was nice of them. Only thing I was disappointed in was check out was at 10am, but I asked if my family & I could just leave our luggage in the property for another ~3 hours before our train so we wouldn’t need to carry the luggage while exploring Florence those hours before the train ride. They were not willing to accommodate.
