20/10 stay! The apartment was roomy and the pictures completely matched up. The balcony was the only thing that was a slight disappointment, as it looks over an alley. We didn't mind though, because we had all of Florence to go look at, and when we got home, it was cozy and a perfect place to open a bottle of wine and wind down. The apartment came full of amenities (blow dryer, wine glasses, bottle opener, paper towels, etc...) The bathroom does have an open shower concept, but if you're traveling in a group, there is plenty of room in the front room for everyone to stay while turns are taken. There isn't a full length mirror anywhere (Just letting the ladies know). There are bars across the street that stay open until early in the morning, but with the windows closed it was just muffled sounds. Plus, it added to the authentic experience of what it would be like to live there with late night city noise. The check-in process with Fares was great, and he responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. There was an elevator that worked slow, but was better than having to carry everything up to the third floor. We have already considered this as a place we would stay at when we come back to Florence.
