Rachel was so good at communicating with us. Answered all our messages promptly, helped us arrange a taxi for our departure and although we never met her in person, she was always available through the App. The apartment was just perfect for the two of us. Don’t be deceived by the exterior. Inside it is homey, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for preparing our breakfast and dinner meals. The coffee provided we very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at this centrally located Italian flat. It was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Having all the major historic sites right out our door was incredible. We were surprised the flat was upstairs, having not realized the European first floor (as per the listing) is the equivalent of the North American second floor, but we managed. We will be back.

Location, location, location! The property is perfectly located in the historic district of Florence - a few minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and other hotspots. Furnishings were comfortable and the apartment gave you an authentic Italian living experience. Rachel provided excellent communication before our arrival and the host met us when promised even though we were running 15 minutes behind schedule. Having a clothes washer throughout our stay was crucial and a valuable amenitie. While there isn't a dryer, the provided clothes racks were sufficient. A couple cons - there was noise on the weekend from partiers at a nearby club, a few mosquitoes and intermittent water pressure issues while showering, but nothing that wouldn't hinder us from rebooking. Overall - it was a glorious week in Firenze!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Florence The apartment has everything needed and even some basic items stocked in the kitchen - it’s small but, has pots/ pans, utensils we were able to cook basic meals.Walking to most places in Florence was great- cannot beat the location. We’ll stay again when we return.

Rachel’s home away from home was absolutely wonderful.The location is superb with significant sites, necessary shops (supermarkets etc) and shopping for leisure incredibly accessible.The flat is roomy, cool and very clean with delightful kitchen & lounge area and separate bathroom.Rachel is a fantastic host whose communications were prompt, clear and very friendly. We were lucky to meet Rachel & received wonderful recommendations for place s to visit that made our stay in this fabulous city memorable & magical.I would highly recommend this apartment & Rachel to anyone considering staying in Florence.

Una Fine Florentine Flat

A convenient, city-center property that was ideal for two people and had all the amenities to meet our needs. It was the perfect location, serving as our 'home base.' Host-Rachel C. very helpful. We had an awesome week stay from May 29th to June 5th. Rachel was very welcoming and we felt at home during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable. The accommodation were great. The location of the apartment was near the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. We were able to walk to all museums and restaurants. It was a perfect location. We were able to walk to all the meeting locations for tours!! Also, it's located in a quiet area so you can getba good nightsrest. We highly recommend this apartment is was an awesome stay. Ideal location and wonderful place to stay in Florence

This apartment is such a gem and Rachel was exactly the kind of warm and efficient host you hope for. While the location is fantastic enough on it's own, the apartment was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, the bed so comfortable, a kitchen with everything we needed, comfy living room/dinner table and even a washer that came in handy for the long stay. 100% recommend this for your stay in Florence. You're so close to everything that you'll probably be happily exhausted from wandering like we were and then refreshed after a good night's sleep to do it all again the next day.

Firenze trip

Our stay at this apartment was short of amazing. It could not have been the most perfect spot, not only were we just steps away from either the beautiful river corridor to our left and same to our steps to the most interactive spot for panini and the Uffzi piazza and waking distance to everything!!Rachel was vey easy to reach and whenever I had a question she was always very helpful. We will definitely be back and for sure this would be our place to go to!
