My stay was terrible. After driving for 10 hours I was looking forward to getting some work done and watching a movie on my laptop. There was a problem with laptops connecting to the Hotel wifi. They knew about the problem before I checked in but didn't bother to tell me. I would not have gotten a room at Park Inn Suites by Radisson if I had known there wouldn't be wifi to connect my laptop to in advance. They informed me someone was coming later in the week to fix it, like I care. The front desk staff completely dismissed my concerns and gave me a "too bad" attitude after suggesting I was free to use the public computer in the "Business Center" My files are all on my laptop and I can't do work conference calls from a public computer in a public space in a hotel. Then they had the nerve to tell me if I sat in a certain spot of the hotel lobby I might be able to connect to Howard Johnson's free wifi next door. In addition to that, the front desk attendent had friends visiting he was chatting with that were hanging out in the lobby and you could tell he didn't want to be bothered. The whole lobby smelled like a cross between thick must and body odor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had and I have stayed in some lower end motels. I definitely expected more from a Radisson. I probably won't stay at one again after this. I had to catch up on an extra 4 hours of work the following day. The only good thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable.

While staying at this hotel (which was average at best), there were some sets of weights missing from the gym. I happened to have a set of 15’s in my car. I grabbed them and brought them in to use. When I returned them to my car, a desk worker ran out on the phone to stop me, because the owners watch the cameras and called her to stop me from “stealing” their weights. I told them to watch previous footage, and they saw that I wasn’t stealing anything. The attendant apologized to me, but the owners shared no remorse for the insulting false accusation. Also, the breakfast is terrible. It’s sub-par for even a simple continental breakfast, and it’s poorly stocked throughout the morning. Stay somewhere/anywhere else!

The pictures are very deceiving!! my carpet was coming up in my room. My sister‘s carpet was coming up. The shower floor was black. The walls were missing paint… holes in the wall. The Front Desk reception was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. She cared more about the dog that was on the floor than she did about the six of us standing in front of her. And it was our fault that they had no cleaning people for that night!! We’ve already called the hotel. No management has called us back!!

We arrived late in the evening as we were driving from south Florida. I followed the check in instructions and the woman working was huffing and slamming items because she had to stop making coffee to check us in. The room was dirty, smelled horrible, and had broken pieces of furniture and wall mounted items were broken as well. The ac controls didn’t work so we couldnt control the temperature and there were no extra blankets. Fortunately I had my kids pack sweaters. The bathroom had brown streaks in the tub. And the tv didn’t work. The only reason we didn’t leave was because no other hotel had availability for that late of a check in and we were a 10 hour drive from home. We didn’t stay for the breakfast that was included because I wasn’t going to let my children eat from such a filthy establishment. The security is a joke, the side door doesn’t close correctly so there’s no reason for a card swipe to get in. Absolutely disgusted in the way this hotel is handled and staffed.

A Pleasant Surprise After Last-Minute Changes

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute due to some security issues at our original property, and I’m honestly glad we did. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place takes cleanliness seriously – everything was spotless. You can tell the hotel is on the newer side, but what impressed me most was how well-maintained everything appeared to be. It’s obvious they stay on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. The front desk staff were genuinely pleasant to deal with, which always makes a difference when you’re dealing with unexpected travel changes. Location-wise, we couldn’t have asked for better. Easy highway access made getting around simple, and having shopping and dining options nearby was incredibly convenient. The hotel had everything we needed during our stay, which is all you can really ask for. Sometimes the best experiences come from the places you stumble into by chance. Would definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area.

This hotel is nowhere near the 9-star rating that is shown online. The hallways are not well ventilated and have the slight odor of mildew. I could clearly hear people talking and laughing in the next room, after midnight. I would not stay here again.

Needed a hotel room stay for one night while traveling. I booked solely because of the reviews and it seemed decent. The location was Ok right off the highway, but the room was super dirty. It looked like a party had gone on there was spill marks on everything, floor and on the walls. It looked like it was cleaned very minimally. Scuff marks on everything, we moved the ottoman and there was big food crumbs underneath. We went downstairs to change rooms, we were given a new room but it wasn’t much better. The only good thing was I didn’t see any bugs. It says that it is a brand new hotel, but looks like it’s just a refurbished hotel. None of the furniture looked new at all.
