I cannot recommend this place enough. From the friendly staff to the clean spacious rooms the whole experience was everything we were after. It’s a walkable distance to the main square and area of Florence. The staff were warm and welcoming when we arrived late at night and offered us a welcome drink which was very much needed after a long travel day as well as an upgrade to our room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including an espresso machine and black out curtains. We recommend this hotel to anyone who says they are visiting Florence. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A first class experience, end-to-end. The front desk staff were most welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was clean and crisp. The food and amenities were excellent. Lastly, the valet handles all the ZTL arrangements.

My stay was very pleasant only issue was the air conditioning in the rooms dont work well especially for how hot it is in florence during the summer, other then that the hotel, room and staff is very excellent and the location is perfect the surrounding area is quiet and not noisey and your not too far from downtown florence

We had a Terrace overlooking the river that was lovely. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast server was very friendly and the breakfast room with windows overlooking the River is quaint.
