BOAT FRIENDLY neighborhood - there is a SHARED, neighborhood boat slip a 1 minute drive around the bend for your to put your personal boat into the water (no personal dock). Enjoy the marvelous living room with a sofa bed and futon in the loft for extra space. Amenities include AC, heating, WiFi, beautiful views off of the screened-in balcony, private putting green, fenced-in backyard, an arcade room, projector and a hot tub!
