Great place, but air condition needs to be better. Otherwise 5 stars. There is a wall heater that stays on giving off heat which was crazy because it was 35 degrees outside and it was countering the AC. Oh and checkout should be at least 11am instead of 10am.

We arrived to a fourth floor apartment with a broken air conditioner during a heat wave in Italy. They moved us to a new apartment, but were very rude during the transition. I was moved to a cheaper apartment, but have not heard back about my refund for the difference in price. Pretty sure I won't be getting one, however the AC was amazing and the location was good!

Appartement avec emplacement idéal.

Appartement fonctionnel et dans un beau bâtiment. Il est surtout sur un emplacement central : a moins de 200m du Ponte Vecchio, ou du Palazzo Vecchio ou du Musée des Offices (uffizi). 3 restaurants dans la rue sans que cela soit une rue très passante.
